Our Washington DC Basic HOST Training course has been provided in the DC Metro area since 2007. First requested by area hospitality industry associations, the HOST Training program quickly gained support and is still recognized as the industry standard for any security host employed at any bar, club, restaurant or any other liquor license.

We have taught over 500 area owners, managers, security hosts and alcohol servers and our program has been reviewed by DC Metro Police, Alcoholic Beverage Regulatory Agency (ABRA) and the Office of the Attorney General (OAG).

From our first training session, the HOST Training program has forced operators to stand up and take notice regarding whether their security staff was truly up to speed regarding their roles and responsibilities while working as a security guard. Within months of our first session, ABRA requested to review the HOST Program and soon after, in some of the most severe cases before the board, they would suggest the operator to seek out appropriate security training such as the HOST Training program.

The HOST Training program will be offered on Monday and Tuesday, April 2 & 3 from 530PM to 9PM. The two day session will take be held at Shadowroom at 2131 Kst NW. Group discounts are available for any DC Nightlife Member or for more than 5 attendees from any single venue.
